TRAFFIC FLOW IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

As school has started back up, we see an increase in neighborhood traffic.  We wanted to take a moment to touch on traffic flow throughout the neighborhood.

•SPEEDING

As a reminder, the speed limit is 25 mph on residential streets in Lincoln, Nebraska.  As you drive throughout he neighborhood, please be cognizant of your speed.

•PARKING

While parking on city streets is legal, we encourage homeowners to utilize their garages and driveways.  This helps avoid congestion on the streets.  If you do find it necessary to park on the street, please be mindful of your neighbors and others trying to use the streets, by avoiding parking directly behind someones driveway, and avoiding parking across from another parked car.

ENHOA is putting together a committee to address excessive speeding in our neighborhood, and we still need two more members.  Time will be minimal, so if you are interest din being part of this, please contact a board member.  We hope to have the committee up and running by September 15, 2015.

2014-2015 Annual Dues Notice

In an effort to reduce overhead, the Board has looked at several new ways of doing business.  One was to utilize a mail service to handle notices.  An unknown event has caused a delay in these notices being sent out, and some notices not being delivered.  Dues notices should be received in the next day or so, and we are working with the service to discover the delay.  Thank you for your patience.
