Edenton North

Home Owners Association

Welcome

HOORAY! We're so glad you are here! You are now on the official Edenton North Homeowners Association (ENHOA) website. Here you will find some helpful resources as well as information that will hopefully answer questions you may have about our community.

On behalf of the ENHOA Board of Directors, welcome to our website. The operation of your Homeowner's Association is governed by a board of volunteer directors. The nine Board members are elected on a staggard basis by the Edenton North community. Elections are held at the annual homeowners meeting in July. The Board is responsible for overseeing the functions dealing with the Commons Areas, Restrictive Covenants, violations, and financial responsibilities of the Association. Please take time to read through the Bylaws and Restrictive Covenants to get better acquainted with your community rules.

The ENHOA Board follows the Restrictive Covenants as a legal document approved by the city of Lincoln in 2004, to determine violations. If there is a violation, the Board will send a notice to the property owner not in compliance.

As an Edenton North homeowner, you may have some ideas on how you'd like to improve your property. Please check the Covenants to see if what you want to do is covered in one of the sections. It may be necessary to submit a Property Improvement Form to the Board for approval prior to the work being done.

All of the documents you need are available on this website and can be printed for your use. The purpose of the Edenton North Homeowners Association and this website are to help you, and to ensure the beauty and highest value of the homes in the Edenton North community because we are all in this together.
